We start with a Brainstorming and Planning Session that
lasts from a half-day to a full-day. We have found that
a mutually agreeable off-site location is beneficial
to a focused meeting. We suggest that from two to no
more than four key sales focused senior managers from
your organization attend. Our Managing Principal(s) and,
if required, another senior consultant will represent
Cura.
By combining your experiences and thoughts with our
extensive knowledge and experience over 25 years in the
business we can jointly develop a prioritized set of
action plans to meet your specific needs.
We always do our homework in preparation for the meeting.
For this purpose, we would like to review organization
charts (sales and company/corporate), sales results,
compensation data and incentive plan(s). We will also
execute a Non Disclosure Agreement assuring complete
confidentiality.
During the Brainstorming and Planning session we will
work with you to:
- Review key company events, goals and objectives
- Identify strengths of the SalesForce, Issues and
Opportunities and rank them
- Identify logical pathways to make changes and achieve

- Review your past solutions and ideas
- Discuss relevant Cura experiences
- Develop and prioritize a set of applicable solutions
- Determine the next steps and responsibilities
- Develop a realistic timetable
