Text Box: We work with you to determine the ideal profile of a partner firm or acquisition candidate.  Using our extensive database we then search for and identify target companies based on SIC code, location, revenue, number of employees, etc.

A short list of target companies is agreed upon and carefully scripted, non-threatening letters are sent to the owner or CEO introducing ourselves as consultants (not brokers) and asking for a 15-20 minute telephone meeting to explore their interest in an “alliance” or “partnership” with our unidentified client. 

The meeting is set and we then agree on a screening list of questions to further qualify the prospect.  Once the screening is complete the information is passed to you and you decide on next steps; non-disclosure agreements, face-to-face discussions, D&B searches, etc.

This process has a very high success rate in introducing qualified acquisition candidates to our clients at very low cost.

In many cases, Cura will also assist in the due diligence process.
