The ProSelect Process

Attracting Applicants
We gather numerous resumes through extensive telephone and Internet networking, targeted mailings and creative print and Internet advertisements.

Telephone Interviews
Skilled interviewers screen numerous candidates through carefully focused information-gathering telephone conversations.

First Interviews
Approximately 25 applicants will normally be interviewed, face to face, over 3-4 days.

Skills/Competency Assessment
Our extensive profile and DISC testing enables us to predict the success each candidate might achieve if hired and gives us insight into his/her personality, skills and fit within your company.

Reference Checks
ProSelect meticulously explores and authenticates the background of each finalist.

Second Interview
Based on the screening process and data developed, we identify the best candidates (typically 5-8) and a second, more extensive interview is coordinated with the Cura Principal and the Hiring Manager. 

The Offer
Cura then works with you to make a final selection and to develop an offer that is in the best interests of the company and candidate. In many cases we assist compensation and job design and candidate indoctrination and objective setting.
