From King of Prussia/Valley Forge:

Take I-76 East to I-676 (this is a left exit)

 

Follow I-676 to the Ben Franklin Bridge Stay to your left as you pass through the toll plaza and follow signs for Route 30 (this will put you on Admiral Wilson Blvd.) 

 

Stay to your left and follow this road to Route 38 East.  Follow Route 38 to Route 73 South (approx. 5-6 miles from the bridge).  The exit for Route 73 South comes just after the exit for 73 North.  You will see The Landmark Inn on the left and an Acura dealership on the right as you approach the 73 South on-ramp. 

 

Exit ramp will put you on Route 73.  Stay in right lane to traffic light (Fellowship Rd.). Make a right onto Fellowship Road, continue about an 1/4 mile 100 Century Building is on the left side (Last 3 story building before traffic light.)
