with you-- our client, to clearly define the drivers and experience
needed to achieve sales growth. All that is captured through a
DISC Assessment (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conformance)
completed with your key management to define a benchmark for the
new position.

represent an array of results from the DISC testing of a typical SalesForce
before Re-Engineering. Conclusion: less than 20% of a SalesForce possess

We identify between
50 and 100 candidates and contact them to screen their interest.
A DISC assessment is conducted and the results are contrasted
with the benchmark assessment to help pre qualify candidates for further
